Goddess Work Pole Studio offers Beginner through to Advanced pole dance courses ranging from 4 to 8 weeks. Classes have a maximum of 9 to 10 students per class, ensuring dedicated and personalised instruction.

Can’t commit to a regular course schedule? Our Casual Classes* might be the one for you!
Our Casual Classes are a great option for visiting polers, those who want some extra time on the pole or those who cannot commit to a regular course schedule.
*Casual classes are subject to availability and will vary each term.
We also offer Open Practice Sessions to help you build on your strength, flexibility and dance skills learned in your pole dance course.
Please note that Practice Sessions are supervised but not instructed. Please only practice tricks that you are confident in and not attempt new tricks.

Pole PT Sessions are designed to perfect the skills you have been working on during your pole dance course, as well as work on any new moves you are determined to accomplish. You will receive the full attention of the instructor of your choice for 30min in our safe and welcoming studio.

So, you have decided you want to explore pole dancing…
This weekly 60 minute class is perfect for those who are completely new to pole, those who have completed a taster class, or students who have some prior pole experience but are not ready to invert on the pole. You will learn beginner level spins, holds, transitions, moves and even climbing the pole!

You’re hooked and you can’t wait to explore more moves…
INTERMEDIATE PREP is for those who have just graduated from beginner, or those who are still relatively new to inverting. This class is also great for those who have had a break in their pole journey and need a refresher. You will work on climbing, combination spins, holds and laybacks and inverting and leg hangs. In a safe and inclusive environment.

So, you are obsessed and you cannot stop…
This class is for those who have completed a few terms of Intermediate Prep and or can confidently invert and climb. You will learn leg hangs, leg switches, and reverse grabs. Plus strength training and conditioning specifically designed to aid in your pole progression

This class is for those who have completed a few terms of Intermediate 1 and or can confidently invert, climb and are secure in leg hangs and reverse grabs. You will learn more advanced intermediate level spins, holds and combinations, as well as aerial climbs.

This weekly Sunday morning, 75 minute class is perfect for those who are able to handspring confidently. This is a mixed class for advanced and pre-elite students only!
The extra time added to this class is to allow for an adequate warm-up, cool-down and stretching sequence. You will be working on various aspects of pole dancing, including static & spin pole, unique aerial combinations, drops, dynamics, static flow to build stamina and endurance, all while working on more advanced moves.

Whether you're just starting out or refining your skills, our Mixed Drop-In class is the perfect space to work at your own pace! Tailored for Beginner to Intermediate 2 students, this class will give you the chance to practice moves that you’ve learned at your level, or request to learn other tricks, transitions, and combos from your instructor with plenty of options to modify or challenge yourself. Come when it suits you—no commitment required! It’s a fun and supportive environment for all levels to grow and master their moves.
