Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing. Shorts and a tank top or sports bra are recommended for better grip. Bare feet are required, and avoid lotions on the day of class for optimal pole grip.

No experience is necessary! Our beginner classes are designed for those new to pole dancing, and our instructors will guide you every step of the way.

You can book classes through the Groovio app (available on Apple and Android Appstore) or send us a message. Once registered in the app, you just have to select our studio, view schedule, choose your class, and confirm your booking

Our classes are open to anyone aged 16 and above.

We offer classes for all skill levels: Beginner, Intermediate Prep, Intermediate 1, Intermediate 2, and Advanced/Pre-Elite.
We also offer a Mixed Drop-In Class suitable for Beginner to Intermediate 2 students.

If you’re unsure of your level, feel free to ask one of our instructors, or contact us for a recommendation. Students typically progress to the next level after demonstrating core skills and confidence in their current class.

Yes! We offer class packs for flexibility, perfect for those with busy schedules or those looking to try out a class without committing to a full term.
All of our classes, except for Beginner classes can be booked casually/as a drop-in.

A minimum of 4 students is required for a class to run during the term.
Drop-In Classes will auto-cancel 4 hours prior if the minimum number isn’t met.

We offer three flexible payment options:
Weekly Membership: Pay weekly, with class credits that roll over.
Class Packs: Perfect for flexible schedules; credits are valid for 60 days.
Full Term Payment: Pay upfront for the term for consistent access.

Yes! Make-up credits can be used for our Mixed Drop-In and other eligible classes. Check with the studio for specific availability.

To retain your class credit, please cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a loss of credit.

We require a 14-day notice for membership cancellations. Please contact us directly to process your cancellation request.

Yes, practice sessions are supervised but not instructed. Students are encouraged to practice moves they feel confident with and avoid attempting new tricks alone.

Only registered students can attend classes. If your friend is interested, they’re welcome to sign up for a class or book a drop-in session!
